Shipping Policies

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of purchase.

Address labels are printed automatically via our Royal Mail portal. It is the buyers responsibility to check they have provided the correct address. If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will need to repay postage costs.

Receipts will not included within packages. 

UK Orders

UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. 

This service aims to deliver items within 2-3 working days (weekend not included) and is tracked to delivery point for peace of mind.

If your parcel doesn't arrive on time or is missing, please get in touch and we will make every effort to track it down. This is pretty rare but delays can occur during busy periods e.g. Christmas. 

International Orders

Unfortunately we cannot ship our Mugs outside of the UK! All other products are available to purchase online.

International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery service. This service aims to deliver items within 7-21 working days and is tracked to delivery point for peace of mind. Please note that delivery times will also be reliant on the mail handler in destination countries and therefore can vary greatly due to different processes and custom checks.

Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable. 

European customers - VAT, DUTY & CUSTOM FEES

Some orders to European countries will now incur VAT charge and orders over €150 will incur Duty charges. As such, depending on the destination country's VAT rules, you may be asked to pay this charge on receipt of goods.
